Last Day of Clinic

Today was our last day of clinic for the trip. The day started with putting 2 of our faithful servants back in bed and 7 of us heading to the clinic. Our morning consisted of a steady flow of patients, but luckily it wasn't overwhelming considering we only had 3 therapists. Kayla kept busy seeing all the kiddos while Naomi & Jordan worked through the adults. The most important part of the day was one of our patients accepted Christ. Naomi was able to walk through salvation with her & get her connected to the church. As a team we have always made it the goal to share the gospel. If only one person comes to Christ through our work in Haiti, then it's all worth it.

In the afternoon 2 people went to do a home visit while the rest of the team hung out at the house & looked through souvenirs. One more person was added to the sick group, which took us down to 6 healthy team members. Our evening has been uneventful but has included lots of rest for those who are sick. A few of us decided to go up to the roof to enjoy the beautiful weather before we head back to much colder temperatures on Friday.

Please pray for our team members that are sick & that no one else gets sick. Pray that the community here continues to battle the darkness. Pray that hearts are continually stirred towards the gospel & the freedom that comes from having a relationship with Jesus. Thank you for supporting us through prayer.
